Volunteers arrive: 9:00 AM

Troll* / Weapons Check Opens: 10:00 AM

Sparring and Pickup Battles: 10:00 AM

Weapon Master's Tourney: 11:00 AM

Weapons Check Closes: 11:45 AM

Main Battles Start: 12:00 PM

Main Battles End: 5:00 PM

Other Tournaments: 5:00 PM

Fighting Ends: When everyone leaves.  Everyone needs to clear out at dusk, because the park closes at dark.

*Troll is the Dagorhir term for Check In, where participants pay the event fee and turn in their waiver.
